Goals

The most effective strategy for goal setting is commonly known as the S.M.A.R.T. method. This method implements a granular and methodical approach to goal setting. Using the S.M.A.R.T. method assists in thoroughly defining each goal, and brings to light aspects that may not have been considered previously. The acronym S.M.A.R.T. stands for: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. These are key aspects in creating concrete goals, and when you are able to define each of these categories in detail, you will have well-defined goals.
